Uses for our rare earth block magnets:

The Partial Ovoid Neodymium Block Magnets is probably our most niche magnet available due to its unusual shape and its phosphorous coating. The pull force isn’t displayed as it is difficult to measure on this magnet due to the ovoid shape, although it is still axially magnetised like most other magnets you would encounter. The pull force is not an essential element to this magnet however, it is mostly used within small machinery using its magnetic field to regulate internal components. Most notably is its use within film projectors to modify and manage the movement of the metallic parts in order to produce the smooth and continuous images. In fact, we originally had this magnet manufactured for the Film & Cinema industry. They can be used within various small motors to regulate movement.
